This Cancellation Policy explains when and how customers and sellers may cancel orders placed through the YOMICO Marketplace.
Customers may cancel an order before it has been packed, shipped, or marked as dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be available.
Sellers should avoid cancelling confirmed orders. Orders may only be cancelled due to genuine reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, legal restrictions, or circumstances beyond the seller's control.
YOMICO reserves the right to cancel orders affected by suspected fraud, payment verification failures, prohibited products, technical errors, or violations of marketplace policies.
If an order is cancelled after successful payment, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the YOMICO Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible refunds are processed after the cancellation has been approved. The exact time for the credit to appear may vary.
Customers are encouraged to place orders responsibly. Frequent order cancellations may affect eligibility for Pay on Delivery (UPI only) on future purchases.
Repeated cancellation of Pay on Delivery (UPI only) orders may result in restrictions on using Pay on Delivery for future purchases.
Repeated misuse of order cancellations, fraudulent activities, or abuse of marketplace policies may result in account suspension or other actions by YOMICO.
